Best 5k time is 26mins

Best Mile is 6:30

Short-Term Running Goals:

In the next two years I plan on doing a 6 minute mile and want my 5k time to be around 20-22 min.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I will run at least a half marathon and a full marathon would be awesome!!!

Personal:

I am 26 and have been married to my amazing hubby for 5 years we have 2 children a 2 year old little girl and a 3 month old little boy.
I was an avid runner in high school but do to injury (Hagalund Bone spurs on both heals)and haven't really ran since my Senior year. I still have them but haven't had too much problem with them lately so I am trying to get back into the groove of running. Keepin' my fingers crossed that I won't act up again.
